We pride ourselves on our workshop and believe it to be one of the top five tech centres in the country. Our mechanics are Cytech qualified and have gone through years of rigorous training to get to the standard that we require.

For too many years people have come to accept seriously poor standards from other bike shops servicing and this in our opinion should not be acceptable.

The man behind this "the shop is only as good as it’s work shop" ethos is Rob "Box" Cooksley, founder of Bad Ass Bikes, Ex Rock shox , GT and Schwinn Race technician in the late nineties who also has a string of national medals in cross country and downhill and is currently at the fore front of short course enduro racing in the UK .

We are not short on experience with road bikes being a particular speciality given that Rob did his apprentiship in an Italian owned bike shop in the early nineties where road bikes were taken very seriously.

Prices include seals, Stendec crystal glide fork fluid and Stendec Grease where needed ,The fork is stripped cleaned and inspected and damper fluid replaced.We don’t replace rock shock bushes but we do Fox. Tell us your weight and we set them for you.

We use only the best tooling quality lubes and consumables in our servicing however given our dedication to quality this is not reflected in our pricing policy. We are consistently better value than most of our counterparts, given our reputation this may seem odd but we insist on a good value for the customer motto and we have a 100 percent satisfaction record.

• Services start for around £35 this will include wheel truing,hub adjustments,headset adjustments,fork and shock pressure adjustments,brake adjustments and any gear adjustments needed.
  
  
• Our full service has gained legendary status with not only the likes of race winning athletes like Oli Beckinsale but any one who needs abslolute perfection not only aesthetically but mechanically.For around £60 the gears get a complete cleanse,brakes bled and a total valet on the bike.
  
  
• We only charge accordingly so if it’s only a quick adjustment or something menial we have a special rate for this.
  
  
• Please book in advance to avoid disappointment we run on a tight schedule and non booked in jobs have to go in a queue we also get a little short on space.
  
  
• Wheel builds are £30 per wheel which includes a complimentary true after 15 hours of use or one month after completion.our wheels have won no less than 5 elite xc british championships and a top three in the paris Roubaix so there is a difference.
